Paul Tanner           Car # 42 Toyota Levin V8

Paul is from Te Puke where he is a dairy farmer and orchardist. He is 27 and has a partner Melissa.

Paul has been racing for 5 years mainly in tarmac rallying and the Targa. He started in a Toyota Corolla and then a Nissan Pulsar GSI. With this new car having just completed the Dunlop Targa he is embarking on circuit racing with NZ Super Sedans.

Car

1984 model Toyota Levin fitted with a 4 litre Lexus V8 engine. This has fuel injection, 8 throttle bodies, performance cams and head potting and polished. The bottom end is standard. Gearbox is a Supra 5 speed and the diff is HI Lux.

Front brakes are Wilwood 6 pot front on 13 inch discs and the rears 4 pot on 12 inch discs
