Luke Youlden Car # 31 Ford Mustang Cobra
Luke, 27, has an outstanding racing CV, including Australian Formula Ford and GT Production Car championship titles and four years in V8 Supercar and Konica V8s.
New Zealand motorsport fans have seen him most recently on their television screens as he has plied his trade with top Australian V8 Supercar outfit Stone Brothers Racing in the major Endurance races on the other side of the Tasman. Teamed with reigning Australian V8 Supercar Champion Russell Ingall the duo brought their Ford Falcon home in 4th placing at Bathurst rwecently, just 0.005 of a second behind team mates James Courtney and Glenn Seton. After the race Ingall praised Youlden for his strong performance during his time at the wheel.
Luke's latest result backs up his past performances in Australia's great race and complements a 5th place last year and a podium finish in 2003.
