Craig Corliss Car # VE Commodore V8
Craig is married with four children and lives in Auckland. He has only been car racing this year 2007. Started racing Jan this year at HSV and CCC at Pukekohe in his work car. This is a 2006 R8 that has been supercharged. Everything else is standard. The more and harder he raced the more the car was under pressure and he realized the next time improvement would only come from suspension mods etc. This engine was modified by Paul Manuell.b(NZV8 driver)
His best time around Pukekohe in this car was the HSV meeting last month and he recorded 1.06.
Together Paul and he decided a new car and was needed and they would do Targa together. They set about to build a car together to race in Targa 2007 and tracks around NZ.
The car is a 6.0L VE with blower and significant modifications.
He can’t wait to get to the Super Sedan meetings.
